THE CHALLENGE
Just a Minute of Peace
(JAMOP), a humanitarian organization, is a non-profit corporation.
The director of the organisation recruited Buttonpusher
to assist in creating a strategy to gather the collective
worldwide voices for peace and use them to change the direction
of history by acting as the aggregator of the global voice
for peace.
THE SOLUTION
Our challenge was to create a brand on and off line for
the peace movement. The marketing efforts are designed to
create a ground swell and be noticed by NGO, world leaders,
Nobel Laureates and citizens. Buttonpusher started by creating
a logo and branding collaterals for the organization. We
also launched the Just a Minute of Peace portal to sign
up voices for peace. The site calls for action from the
aforementioned groups and urges them to participate and
enlist in the peace movement. Viewers of the site will also
have access to RSS feed news regarding global environmental
concerns and issues.
THE IMPACT
After eighteen months of actively seeking and promoting
the Just a Minute of Peace movement JAMOP has signed 35
musical acts and 14 Nobel Laureates to its cause. The site
continues to help to enlist new voices and spread the voice
for peace.
SCOPE OF WORK
Buttonpusher provided strategic and creative planning in
branding all offline and online presence for JAMOP. The
site uses Flash, ASP with database to manage the citizens
for peace database. The site also has a secured shopping
area to allow citizens to purchase peace merchandise.
We produced all visual branding such as photography, copywriting,
interface design, backend and database development.
